Quick- London Broil ?
Mine is getting burnt on the outside, too red and raw on the inside...Its been broiling..what do I do?

Take it out, slice it, and throw it in the oven for 3 minutes.

Is it on Lo Broil or Hi? And when you take the london broil out of the oven, it will still cook, you have to let it sit for a few minutes.
