Quick Question... about glucose test
I am supposed to have a glucose test this afternoon around 3pm, Last night I ate tons of Reeses's pieces right before bed  My Dr. told I didnt have to fast but do you think it will mess with my results this afternoon???

You should be ok, just stay away from the Reeses pieces today and drink your water.

I had my test first thing in the morning. So I just didn't eat a snack after dinner and skipped breakfast.
I don't think fasting is necessary. And if you drink lots of water you should flush your system pretty well. Good luck.
