What is the standard donation to give to the church for a Christening?

On the paperwork it said $25.00 which was a surprise to us...we actually ended up giving $100.

My church said we can give what ever we want. I think she told us people usually do around $50-100

We gave $100, even though they say it's not necessary.
But we also used our own Priest, who was not from our current parish. We neded up paying him separate.
