Quick...How much for a Christening?!

I have to go to a Christening and I am just going to give a check, but how much? It's JT's cousin's baby. They just came to our wedding last month and gave us a generous gift, not that that really has anything to do with it. But I have no clue what to give.

where is the celebration being held? if it's in a restaurant, or CH, i agree with the other posters, and say $100 sounds about right.

if it's in someone's home, then imo you can give a little less.

I don't think that's cheap, and that's what I would give if it wasn't someone in JT's family and someone he is relatively close withChat Icon

I am not that close with my cousins so that's probably why I was thinking $50. If he's close with them then $100 sounds good.

Re: Quick...How much for a Christening?!

I would give $100 for family

Sometimes if I am not very close to someone, I spend $50 on a bond that will mature to $100
