quick question regarding hospital admission
i received papers in the mail a few months ago regarding the hospital saying something about me being there 9/28 and 9/29. Since then my date changed to 9/26.
I just got the preadmission forms from my doctor and i have to fill out the date that i'll be there (estimated date)
Which date would you use?

i used my EDD based on my sono which is was one day later then what my Dr.'s office is using. i don't think its a big a deal a day or two as they know you can go late or early too
