quick tip question -
Our super is installing 3 shut off valves on our radiators as I type this so that we don't sweat the winter away! I've been asking since August. He was horrible to get ahold of.... and he's here now.... how much do I tip?? My guess is he'll be here an hour.

Yeah, I really didn't want to, but at the same time, it's making the quality of my life MUCH better, so I'm happy to have it done. He's not efficient, but when I need him, I want him to come back again faster the next time!
I wish I got tipped for doing my job!
