"quiet" exercise
i'm trying to get into an exercise routine. unfortunately, i can't join a gym or go outside in this awful weather. (will start tryig to jog when it gets warmer) on top of that, my downstairs neighbors complain if we so much as walk, so anything i try to do has to involve as little jumping as possible. (so zumba would be out)
can anyone suggest any exercises that will help me shed lbs without making too much noise?
TIA!

In addition to what was posted above... add some sit ups, push ups and squats.

Re: "quiet" exercise
HULA HOOP!!!! I use my DD's hoop for cardio (the lighter it is the faster you have to move to keep it up) and the weighted (2.5 pounder) for toning
