Rack of Lamb
I got a small pre-seasoned rack of lamb. What do I bake it in? Is it supposed to stand up while baking? It's sealed in plastic so I can't tell if these are chops that come apart before you bake them or not LOL. When I google I can't find any answers!
I've made lamb chops before but I just broil them on a pan like I do a steak.

I make them in a glass pyrex dish and put a little olive oil on the dish, I also cover the tips individually with foil so they don't burn. I keep the tips upright.
