Radley bags...grrr.

I bought a Radley bag off RueLaLa a couple months ago. I used it quite a bit, but my bags don't take a lot of abuse. But in less than a month the little Scotty dog tag fell off and I couldn't find it.

Then last night DH took me to Lord and Taylor so I could pick out a bag for my Mothers Day gift. I got a small, cute cross body bag. He wanted me to have it right away, and while I was on the train this morning, taking out my ticket, the little leather pull on the zipper broke. I am going to try to fix it but I'm tempted to return it. I am SO annoyed. These aren't the priciest bags but they are not inexpensive either.

Funny you should post this , I was just telling DH last night, Lately I feel like nothing is made well, KWIM? We have been having so many problems with our stuff , few recent examples: bought a coffee table and the paint started fading away within few weeks and it wasn't cheap, bought a couch cover the zipper came off the first time I took it off to wash it (after using it for 2 weeks) I bought a handbag for $100 few months ago and the zipper broke in not even 3 months and there is a hole in the lining, DH bought ma a tripod and the plastic stand thingy came off first time I used it and this thing was pretty
I feel like everything we/I buy lately is breaking really quick and I am so tired of it.
Anyway.....I'm sorry you have to deal with this, I know it's frustrating, honestly if tehy let you I would return it or exchange it or something.
