On the home page it says December 15th

Just saw on Fox 5 News at 10 that the DA Kathleen Rice is investigating this as a SCAM. Over $800,000 in tickets were bought by people and nothing has come about from the owner.
No kidding!
From the house site:

To receive your 98% refund (as stated on this site since it's inception) please return your purchased portrait(s) to 17 Linoln Place, Massapequa, NY, 11758, and include a self addressed stamped envelope so we can mail back your refund. We are sorry we could not fulfill the dream we set out to and thank you for your patronage.

An article in Newsday today was stating they are investigating this as possible fraud.

I remember I had friends asking me why I didn't buy a ticket and they thought I was crazy.
I knew this auction was never going to happen.
Good luck getting your money back from Paypal.
