i remember you mentioned you had TCOYF - the book
there is a section in there that explains it very well

I usually am too! About a week before I know I'm about to O, going to the bathroom is actually fun & exciting 
This cycle I'm planning to try as hard as possible to not obsess & stress about it.

Everytime I go to the bathroom I am either analyzing the toliet paper under the light or I am going up there to feel for it.
