Random - somewhat TMI question - rash or infection

So KJ has some sort of rash going on in his diaper area, the rash is ONLY on the backside of his butt, like you can see it if he is laying on his belly...it looks red and raw, does not seem to bother him when I wipe it though

and TMI alert, I noticed yesterday that the area where the redness is has a foul odor (almost like rotten eggs) - yes, I stuck my nose in there

any ideas?

Probably fungal ro yeast I would think..call the Dr but you could try lotrimin from the drugstore
