Random delicious lunch post... the best thing about leftover ham
is having ham, egg, and noodles for dinner last night and lunch today.
God I love this stuff... Does anyone else make this or know what I'm talking about?

No - it's egg noodles, ham pieces, and scrambled eggs. Boil the egg noodles, start scrambling the eggs and warming the ham in a fry pan, then fry them all together with butter. Sooooooooo good.

I've had that...but my favorite thing is a ham noodle casserole with a creamy mushroom and onion sauce... and breadcrumbs and dots of cheddar on top
total comfort food!
