Hope your feeling better Jess!!
I had the same kind of feelings you were having for the past week part of it was from a UTI, part the dr ruled as braxton hicks contractions, and the rest they said was the beginning of pre-term labor. My dr's advice was that if it continues for more than an hour to call her and come in.
If it's just sporatic it may be the braxton hicks contractions and your body getting ready. I've been having braxton hicks now since about 30 weeks.
