Yeah, twice
One was "creepy radio guy" who did midnights at the rock station I worked for upstate.
The other I refer to as "Mullet Boy". Can't say anymore because I still have to see him.
Neither one were exactly "movie star" calibur

Yes, my brothers best friend told me when we were younger that he had a crush on me since he was 11. (we were in our early 20's ) I thought it was cute. We are still the best of friends today, him and his wife are regular fixtures in our life. We laugh about it now.

Yes...There have been a few.
There was a rumor that one commited suicide in HS because I rejected him. Turns out he went on vacation with his parents, but made his friends tell me that so I'd feel bad!

yes, twice - once in middle school and once in high school.
The MS one was kind of cute acutally -he sent me a "flower gram" on valentines day - although at the time I was mortified.

Yes, in high school. I had no idea this quiet kind of nerdy kid who sat behind my in homeroom for 6 years had a crush on me until he gave this letter senior year of high school expressing his feelings and asking me to the prom. I did not go to the prom with him. Then, I started catching him driving by my house and doing stalker-ish things!

a few times...and I'm only proud of one of them.
a kid from my music classes in high school...he'd leave me notes, bring me flowers, food, etc.
a kid from the stage crew in my hs musical - I learned he had a crush on me JUST AFTER he saw me changing between scenes 
a crazy 7th-year-senior frat boy in my freshman year of college...he used to come by the outside of my dorm with a ladder.....climb up to my 2nd floor, and leave messages in lipstick on my window. I let Campus security handle that one.
and another boy from college - a big Mets fan - and an orthodox jew from Staten Island. He'd profess his love to me, but then start crying because "we had no future" because I am "too catholic" Poor guy had no friends in college 
some crazy guy that used to watch me run the hs track in my spandex running tights...wouldn't call me by name, only "beautiful".....YEAH, I'M MARRYING THIS FOOL! I like to think that spandex falls into "for better or for worse"
and perhaps the creepiest of all......
A PROFESSOR FROM 2 SEMESTERS AGO!!!! A married FATHER of 2. He collected our email and phone #s at the beginning of the semester, and used my # on a regular basis. He kept asking to 'meet for coffee to discuss my unparalled creative talent'...and he was a toucher when he spoke. I used to stand at least 5 feet away at all times so he wouldn't grope my shoulder again. He'd email me with things like "so how are you doing tonight? I hope you're dressed warmly, because its a cold one. Maybe you're wearing that beautiful green sweater from last thursday?"

Age 10-12 Boy next door. He wrote our names in a heart on his jeans, and wore them to school. I was mortified. Looking back, I wonder why I didn't reciprocate. He was cute!
College: Long lines to register. A guy performing on a guitar walks up to me on the line and says: This next song is for you. I wasn't into him, so this was awful!
