Random sharp pains in chest

This is sort of pregnancy related because I am 9 weeks preggers. I am getting random sharp pains in the center/right of my chest, I almost think it's because of my bra. I am still wearing the same bra, with underwire, that I did when i wasn't pregnant, and these suckers got bigger!! Has anyone had anything similar? I don't want to have an anxiety attack, because I will, I already feel the palpitations coming on! and what I think is pressure in my chest, but now I am wondering if it's from the bra, because when i lift it away form my chest, it feels so good, lol. I think I answered my own question..

Would you buy a maternity bra, or just get a regular one?

I would get inexpensive ones for now b/c they could grow more. They also sell those extension hooks that can extend the band size of your bra.
