Rasberry tea leaf?
So someone in my office SWEARS by rasberry tea leafs for TTC.
I just googled it and OMG!! All these things come up that it's great for TTC and pregnancy.
She said it helped her to get pregnant. She gets the one from whole foods.
Hmmnnnn.........very very interesting.
Happy Googling!

Re: Rasberry tea leaf?
I drank it. I had short LPs and it was recommended because it supposedly helps strengthen the uterine lining.
I didn't take the yoga works brand. I used Alvita brand. I bought it at Vitamin Shoppe and Health Food Stores.
I drank 2 cups a day for almost 2 months. I was also taking oral supplements of royal jelly and vitex and I got my BFP.

Re: Rasberry tea leaf?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but is it an oral supplement or an actual tea you drink?

Re: Rasberry tea leaf?
I just saw it on the GNC website! I'm definitely going to try it! I'm not a big tea drinker so if anyone has tried it and found a good tasting brand, please recommend

I posted above that I used the Alvita brand. I wanted pure red raspberry leaf (verses a combined tea). I wouldn't say it's delicious (but not bad either), but you can add honey to it!

Re: Rasberry tea leaf?
I googled I also found some info that said of it helped with cysts, but I did find a lot of people saying not to use it within the 2ww, and if you are pregnant not to use until the 3rd trimester.
