Raw food diet
Has anyone ever done a raw food diet or what some would refer to as "Lifefood?" If so, can you share any insights or results? TIA

I am not a raw foodist, but I have this website bookmarked
http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/
because I saw a Secret Lives of Women a week or two ago and one of the featured women was a raw foodist. Maybe it will help you if you see some recipes so you know the sorts of things you can make.

Re: Raw food diet
i did it for one month and never felt better and lost 20 lbs..sounds unhealthy in a month, but you ARE eating a lot...just pure, clean foods....i bought a juicer, a dehydrator, etc...i got prettty creative with recipes..like eggplant pizzas, corn chips, sunflower seed "burgers"..all made in dehydrator
it was an amazing experience. i figure anything worth trying is worth it to attempt for a month.
i went on vacation overseas very recently and fresh food wasn't accessible, but i plan on going back shortly.
it is reccommended one become a vegeterian first, then vegan, before transitioning to raw... rawfoodtalk.com is kinda like a LIF board for rawists..pretty cool
