Raw pads on paws

I took Yogi to the dog park yesterday and I guess we stayed a little too long (I got to talking to a girl there and the dogs played so well so we were there for like 3 hours). This mornign, Yogi was licking his paws. I took a looked and the big part of his pads (in the middle) are raw. They look like they got blisters that popped. I cleaned them with salty, warm water and put antibiotic ointment on them. Should I do anything else? The vet is closed. He's not licking them anymore.

That happens to Bella all the time. When she would get the torn pads we would just clean them off and try to keep her from licking them. The vet gave us a spray called tuff pads to spray on her paws before vigorous exercise. It really helps.
