Below is a message from the HR person at a job place I'm interviewing at. What does this mean -- that they pay for me in full and part of my DH? Something else? I don't want to sound stupid so if someone can help interpret this I'd appreciate it. Premiums confuse me! TIA
We offer medical coverage – the premium is paid by the company for the employee. There would be a premium for a spouse or dependent.
ETA: Based on the above statement, would I pay for my DH in full or does it sound like they pay for part of it?

yes it means the company will cover for your insurance but you will have to pay an additional cost for your spouse.

They will pay for you, entire premuim but if you choose to add DH, the additional premium will not be paid.
