Re: Recall of Tylenol/Motrin...Did anyone notice symptoms?
I've been giving DS Motrin (the recalled one) before bed because he's been experiencing very painful teething. I notice he would wake during the middle of the night (very unusual for him) with diarhhea. This is very unusual for him too, and now I am thinking maybe it was related to the Motrin.
Did anyone notice any symptoms?

No ,but the diareah can be common with teething

which motrin or tylenol was recalled? ive been giving my son motrin as well for teething..i havent noticed anything yet.

which motrin or tylenol was recalled? ive been giving my son motrin as well for teething..i havent noticed anything yet.

thanks! i hadn't thought anything of it, since he seemed fine, but it did seem weird w/ the whole recall, you know?

thanks! i hadn't thought anything of it, since he seemed fine, but it did seem weird w/ the whole recall, you know?
Absolutely ! And I would also be questioning it also ! You never know !! I would definately keep a close eye on him just in case !

We have been giving DS a decent amount of Motrin lately for teething too. I haven't notieced any symptoms. But I do know that diarrea is a symptom of teething.

It's just that these are his 9th and 10th teeth  (the kid's a chomper!), and he never had it before. I think I went through an entire pack of diapers (and wipes!) today!

Awe Poor little guy! That is odd that it is a new symptom! I hope he feels better and gets those teeth soon!
BTW, enough rubbing it in about the teeth!

I was getting myself worried too since DS is teething (molars!) so we were giving meds. He's had lots of gas and lots of trouble sleeping lately. If it is related, hopefully that's the only symptom and it goes away and didn't cause any problems. So nerve wracking!!!
