Does anyone know if this exists?
I'd like to find a white or cream colored border that has a texture design but no color. I've been looking online and found "paintable border" does anyone know how this would work if I painted it the color of the moulding (like the same color as a chair rail and put the border above it or below it)?
Also, I'd really like to see it in person...at a store. Has anyone seen it?

Definitely.
Go to any paint store and look through their books. Sherwin Williams had a bunch...
Check out American Blinds and Wallpaper.
My grandmother picked out wallpaper from a book and ordered it from here...

I'm pretty sure I've seen this in HD or Lowe's. It may have been a while ago so maybe they don't have it anymore, but I know I saw it at Home Depot.
