ready to lose it

so i switched doctors aug 1st and i love my new doctor but now we are at oct. 3rd and after speaking and signing several consents and going to the old doc office myself my files have still not been sent. I am at my boiling point. I know i can get them released to me for like $.75 per sheet but Im stubborn and my point is why should i pay if my doctor is requesting them. plus my file has to be like 30 pages lol. my new doctor is annoyed himself and he says he just wants to get my blood work from quest if he cant get from the docto ror else i have to go to quest and get all my blood work done again sorry but im 30 weeks dont feel like being a pin cushion again.

I swear the incompitence of this office is why i switched in the beiginning and still 2 months later nothing has changed I still am getting annoyed and stressed out by them.
sorry for the long vent but needed to get this off my chest about ready to punch a wall.

Vent away. I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. I have switched doctors in the past (not OB) due to the office staff's incompetance, so I know how you feel. I agree...you should NOT have to pay for them to transfer your files. I will suggest though, that you call them every day until they are sick of hearing from you.

thanks if they dont get it im gonna be a pest my mom said to write them a letter and cc it to the better business burea and see how they will do what there supose to then
