We have an excellent Real Estate Atty in Babylon. He did 2 transactions for us. He is is professional, knowledgeable and you actually can get him on the phone if there is an issue. We used some one else for our first home and he was horrible..

Bill Horan in West babylon. He was GREAT for us. Our sellers had a really incompetent (or crooked, but I think the former) attorney who actually changed the contract after we signed and he was so on top of it. Having the entire contract voided.
On our first offer, he really pushed the REA to fork over bogus survey reports, COs, etc. We walked away with our DP b/c of it.
