We are about to put in a bid on a house and my FH's job provides free lawyer services.

Real estate lawyer?
Rachel Camillery is a law guardian over at central islip family court, didn't know she dabbled in all areas of law....and for that reason I probably would cross that one of the list.
I used VAlerie Shivers when I purchased my first home...things were smooth and fast.
