really quick question- need help
8 people for dinner- 4 grown ups, 4 little kids. they want turkey tacos. how much turkey meat do i cook?
i bought 5 1-lb packages (i HATE king kullen)

I think 2 lbs should be enough--3 for leftovers. (will you have rice etc?)

I'd make 3.
Better too much than too little - if anything, you can have some taco salad tomorrow!
But if you're making a ton of sides, then maybe 2 will be fine.
