Really, really bad PMS

Does anyone else get really bad PMS???

It never used to be that bad for me, but lately it's at a all new level. I'm so miserable, nasty, short-tempered, depressed -- you name it. As soon as I get AF, I'm better.

I don't know what to do for it. Any suggestions? Please tell me I'm not alone.

i have nosuggestions for you bc for me nothing works....but no joke bf af i am nauseated migrainey angry scared nervous depressed...then like you said af comes and i am fine! it sucks but you arent alone!

I am the exact same way and I truly feel it is out of my control and Im along for a crazy ride each and every month. Sounds hormonal to me.. Have u maybe talked to ur gyno to see if bc pills would help in any way?? That is if ur not already taking any

Same here. I am on BC pills and it still happens. Just not as bad. It lasts about 2-3 days and then I am ok.. Friggin hormones!

:Raising Hand: I texted my friend the other day asking if it was socially acceptable to punch a waitress who forgot my toast with my toast. Then she brought it burnt & I texted again if stabbing was ok now.

This is not normal behavior for me. I'm the person who gets annoyed at people who complain in restaurants.

I think we're around the same age, right?

My friends & I have already figured out that PMS in your 40s is a thousand times worse than anything we've experienced in our 20s & 30s.

One of my friends is taking an herbal supplement.
