Really (REALLY) dry skin? Could tinted moistrizer do this?

Really (REALLY) dry skin? Could tinted moistrizer do this?
All of a sudden my skin is sOOO dry, like seriouslay gross dry, and I never have this issue. The only thing "fairly" new is the LM tinted mositurizer, been using that and WTH, shouldlt it moisturize? LOL
I also am using the LM Mineral finishing powder.
But I use very little of both and not every day either.
Could it just be the weather?
And what do you use for an "outbreak" of dry skin? ( mostly cheeks and forehead)

i still use a regular moisturizer with my tinted one. maybe try that?

Could be the change in seasons
I also use LM moisturizer and now LM primer (I got a free sample of it friday and I love it) before I put it on
My skin tends to be dry this time of year

I have been using the LM TM for years and have never had a dryness problem. I agree with Beth that it may be a seasonal issue.
