It's in the campgrounds...my brother is looking to buy it
If anyone has ever been in the "campgrounds" it's basically a small section of Merrick where the roads seem only passible via bicycle. It's soo cool down there.

Looking at that house makes me anxious.. it's very small. I could justify the cost of the house if it were on a nice size lot, but this is ridiculous.

Rumors?? That's funny for a Merokean to hear. What rumors?
My brother wants to buy it because A.) it's Merrick and it goes back 125 feet. You can expand on, add a second floor, etc. It's like a shoebox. All homes have potential and since it's only for him, hey why not? He only needs room for him and his little girl (on the weekends).

Why are you making fun of it. I guess everybody can't afford a dream house. The current owner doesn't set the taxes, they are what they are. To the poster who's brother is looking at it, I totally agree it is a nice neighborhood with great schools. My best friend lives in the campground area and like was stated you can always expand.
