Reasons for a missed period besides pregnancy
I haven't had a period in 2 months I feel like crap. I am not pregnant I know this much.
What other reasons do you miss a period??? I hate this

You mentioned that you have PCOS, right?
One of the symptoms is irregular periods.
Have you spoken to your doctor about it?

Yup- I have PCOS and I rarely get my period on my own.  All of my cycle starts are medication induced.  Check w/ your dr if you have PCOS. Have you always had cycles like clockwork in the past?

Well that's what I was told after preliminary tests with not all hormone levels done.
Even before I was on the pill I never ever missed a period

Yes they were like clockwirk. I don't understand what is goingon here

This was me... before going on BCP, I was regular like clockwork, but looking back I did have certain signs of PCOS. I then went on BCP in the winter of 2005, and came off in the summer of 2006, and then my cycles became virtually non-exisitent. Like MrsMessina, the only way I could have a cycle was if it was medicated

My periods were fine as soon as I went of BCP. I thought I would have no issues TTC guess I was wrong
Mrs RbK what were your PCOS signs before going on the pill?
