Recipe Rave - Sausage & Shrimp Gumbo
So I made this tonight for dinner after seeing it on TV last week while flipping the channels. It was delicious!!! DH and my mom LOVED it!
I used Chorizo and I also added crawfish. I used 2 cups chicken broth & 1 cup of water. I would have used seafood stock but I didn't have any. You can alter the heat as you like it!

LOL, I found it in Iavarone Bros in Wantagh!!!! I used to only get it from someone I knew in New Orleans then one day I was shopping and saw it in the freezer! I couldn't believe it!!

omg and that is so close to me
i wishhhh i could find fresh crawfish up here
i haven't been down south since the summer and i CRAVE it so bad
