Recipe Rave
I love the pioneer woman, I think I envy her ranch life. I made her Crash Hot Potatoes this past Friday and my DH said they were the best potatoes he's ever had so I wanted to share! Also, they were so easy!! I know potatoes can take forever to roast or get to the right level of doneness, but the smashing of these really helps move them along. Delish! I sprinkled them with thyme too.

I've made these a few times following a recommendation from someone on LIF and I loved them too!
She has great recipes.
Her short rib recipe is awesome!

I think Hayley was the one who originally turned me on to crash hot potatoes last year? I know she's the one who got me hooked on PW! We modify her version sometimes (adding a bit of cooked bacon or cheese or putting a dollop of sour cream and chive on the finished product). Yeah.. it's gilding the lily but why not??
My favorite recipe of hers is the Tequila Lime chicken. Sooooo good!
