Recipes involving cheese.

OK, so Im pregnant and can't get enough cheese. Anything with cheese is my new best friend.

Does anyone have a great mac and cheese recipes like good old fashion mac and cheese. Actually any recipe with cheese will do, as long as it has NO seafood in it. The creamier the better.

Re: Recipes involving cheese.

You can have goat cheese, right? I'm pretty sure it's pasteurized.

Anyway, I take some goat cheese (the kind that comes in a log, not the crumbles), mash it into a dish, coat it in egg wash then in panko and broil for 5 min. The outside gets all crisp and the inside is all warm and creamy. Delish!

I serve over a bed of greens for a light vegetarian dinner.
