Favorite make ahead and freeze recipes
Hey all
I am due in 3 weeks and want to make some meals to freeze
Any suggestions?

sorry, I'm not much help. other than marinara sauce and meat balls I'm not sure what we're making. I'm due in 3 and a half.
ETA: we are also cutting up some peppers and onions and freezing them too for quick stir fry.

baked ziti
lasagna
any kind of sauce (try freezing in ice cube trays for smaller servings!)
chili
any soups
any casseroles
stuffed peppers
hamburgers
meatloaf

not really a recipe, but sometimes I'll cut up some fresh chicken, toss in some marinade/seasonings and just freeze it. That way once its defrosted all you have to do is throw it in the oven/pan and its done... even my disaster-of-a-chef DH can handle it
