recommend a curling iron
I'd like to get one to dress up hair for big events or to just put some waves in for a nice night out. what's a good one out there?

Re: recommend a curling iron
I have this one:
It's the Hot Tools Ceramic & Tourmaline Curling Iron
I got it at Ulta.
It works well and holds up better than most ceramic irons - I found that on a lot of them the coating would come off rather quickly!

Re: recommend a curling iron
I use a small flat iron to put waves in my hair - I find it works bette than a curling iron.

Can you share how you do that? I'd like to try it, but I'm a spaz with stuff like this!

Re: recommend a curling iron
I learned by watching a how to video on you tube. Just search for curling hair with a straight iron.
