Recommend a DVD that uses light weights!
I'd like to incorporate light weights into my current routine. Are there any DVDs out there that do this?

The Firm's CardioSculpt routine is cardio and weights to tone - you can use light or heavy weights it's up to you. And it WORKS!!!!!
