Recommend a good overnight diaper for a 4 month old...
For a few nights now, DS wakes up with a poop up the back mess. We're using Pampers swaddlers size 2. We last weighed him last week at 15 1/2 pounds (dr. visit tomorrow to get current stats). During the day, he's fine.
I've heard maybe trying a size up. Or are there different/better diapers to try?
He does his "business" in the middle of the night, after we're asleep, otherwise I'd change him once more before we go to bed.

denise... abby had those lovely poop-plosions.... we went to crusiers size 3... totally solved.. we tried babydry but they didnt seem to work as well altough ive heard they are the same.
shes about the same size as your son... she was 15lbs last week.

I used those too...
They start at size 3. But DS wore them from when he was about 11lbs on (and only in 1's during hte day)

Thanks! I do have a couple packs of the baby dry pampers in size 2 that I've just opened but for our downstairs changing area. I do not think I've tried that for night yet.
He did it again this morning. Although DS wakes up content, cooing and smiles, he's not crazy about being changed first so having to do a complete jammie change just adds to the get me on the boob already fuss!
Plus... he's usually good to go right into a nap after the first feeding but with the changing, he's more awake and stays up after. That's my shower time!
I'll have to try to pick up the Huggies overnights. Thanks!

I swear by Luvs in a size up for overnight (DS is the same age and weight and using Pampers size 2 during the day and Luvs 3 at night).

I have had the twins in Huggies overnights size 3 since they have been 10 pounds. Nothing else worked! They were so big I reinforced them with freezer tape! I know that sounds bizzare but I read it in a magazine! It worked. They are now 12 pounds and are kind of sort of starting to fill them out without the freezer tape.
