Re: Recommend a RE broker in Queens
I recently sold my home in Forest Hills and interviewed a bunch. However even though my home sold, I would not recommend my broker.
We interviewed Mitra Hakimi. She was straight forward but we didn't use her because her commission was high at the time.

this was my neighbor when I lived in Queens and I always marvelled at how well she did.

Re: Recommend a RE broker in Queens
We sold our coop in Bayside in three weeks. We used Kathy V @ Century 21 Papalas. She also sold my husband the coop originally.

Re: Recommend a RE broker in Queens
David Tair from Remax. So professional and the most gracious gentleman I have ever met. Besides myself, my sister and mom have also used him. He sold my house in a week flat! I have also recommended him to friends and he has always thanked me with a gift from Harry & David.
I originally called Judy Markovitz for an estimate on how much she would list my home, I was shocked at how low she would price it. My sister also called her to come out the same day,she ended up basically kicking her out of her home! This was 6-7 yrs ago when the sellers market was hot. We both went with David and made @ 200 grand more (each) than we would have with her. No joke! I think she low ballls everything just so that she can say she has sold "X amount " of houses this year. I'm sorry for being so frank..I just think that women is bad news.
Good Luck.
