Recommend Favorite Island (Not 2 Far)
Hi All,
Im planning trip at end of June to go with family. There are 5 of us. I want to go to an Island. Atlantis is out. To expensive with 5 of us. I prefer an island closer by. Any and all recommendations welcomed. I hate to book blindly. TIA

Aren't most Carib. islands about a 3 hour flight from NYC?
Did you mean a non-Carib. island?

Bermuda is only about an hour and half by plane and is beautiful!!!

i happen to love St Lucia and Jamaica. St. Lucia is prettier though. Both are about 5 hrs though.

Im sorry, I definately meant Bahamas and such. I wanted specific hotels. Im afraid of getting there and being a crappy place.

i would check out trip advisor and see their reviews on hotels if you want to go to the Bahamas.
