Recommend your car seat for your 4+ year old
DS2 is 6 months and will eventually outgrow his infant car seat. I'll probably put him in the Britax Marathons that DS1 is currently in. DS1 is small for his age. He doesn't meet the weight requirements for a booster and even if he did, I don't want to put him in one yet.
What car seat is your 4 year old in? Does it convert to a booster?

Same here, we have a 3.5 year old who is big for her age, and love that it will convert to a booster

AJ is still in her Recaro. Its good up to 70lbs and since AJ is pretty light I dont see her moving out of it for a LOOONG time. As a matter of fact at 5yrs I think I may have to get a new one only because it may expire. haha
She's way too light for a booster. I dont see that happening for another couple of years.

Another Nautilus user here. Love it. There's also the more expensive Britax Frontier.

Same here. My 5 and 6 year olds have been in this seat for 2 years(we switched from Britax Marathons because these were skinner and I needed to fit 3 carseats in my car). They are both still in 5 point harnesses and will be for a long time. One of the seat belts gets stuck sometimes but I found if you push dead on in the middle it usually opens. That's my only complaint about the seat.

my son is a small four too...we have him in the harness of the graco nautilus...I still use the harness part for my average sized 5 1/2 yr old as well. He def meets the requirements for a booster, but hes not complaining about the harness, so why not!
