cuisinart grind & brew!

i think they have a 12 cup version...

it's super easy to use - although i'll warn you that it does have a lot of parts to clean.

it keeps the coffee hot for a while, and you can take a cup before the pot has finished brewing

I actually have a pot brewing on my grind & brew now! Chat Icon

I like it too. You have to clean the grinder after every pot of coffee, but that's a quick rinse of the top and a quick rubdown of the inside with a paper towel - maybe 30 seconds total? Totally worth it.

I actually have the Starbucks 12 cup Barista...from a few years ago...LOVE it

It doesn't grind the coffee, but the stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot for EVER!! It will stay on for 5 hours, but I can tell you that I have made coffee in the am, come home after work, put DD to bed and poured myself a cup that is STILL WARM about 12 hours later...it needs a little heating at that point, but it isn't cold...

This is the one we got for my Mom a few years ago for Christmas - she loves it and believe me it gets a lot of use! I wish they still had them!

I would definitley go for something with an insulated carafe - makes all the difference in keeping it warm without getting that 'burnt' flavor.

Plus they are super convenient for the holidays. We have an extra carafe and can brew one while one is on the table (can you guess we are coffee drinkers?? Chat Icon )

If you want the one that grinds too, I would go with this one, but the grind and brews didn't get such great reviews in Consumer Reports.
