yup!!  I love the color rockstar. It's a dark purple, but I think it's softer than using jet black (I happen to be very fair)

I like the Sephora Waterproof Jumbo Liners. They're comparable to UD 24/7, which I also recommend.

I picked the color I liked and bought it as an eyeshadow. I dip my lip pencil in water and then rub the brush in the eyeshadow. It glides on nice and wet is a darker color, or do it dry and get a softer look. I love this and do not buy traditional eyeliner anymore.

Same for me except I use an angled make-up brush dipped in water. I like it infinitely better than any eyeliner I've ever used.
