I LOVE my square Green Pan Grill Pan. I use it almost everyday and it cleans up in a second and nothing sticks on it

We use this from IKEA. It's the GRILLA:
Love it. Cleans up easily and the handle folds for storage so it fits in our cabinets.

i bought a cast iron square one in homegoods- it was $40 but worth it

We also use cast iron-ours is porcelain coated. My DH(who considers himself s steak expert ) sears the steak in the pan then finsihes it in the oven-thats the great thing about cast iron-right from stovetop to oven
