Recommend your hand-held vacuum
we're looking for something a little more powerful than a dust-buster. but not sure if we want to spend over $100 on the Dyson hand-held.
please rec yours.

i have an oreck (upright with no attachements) but needed a powerful handheld for the stairs (stair runner and a dog is not a good combo). bought this eureka a few months ago and LOVE it. the cord is great because no matter the brand, the cordless vac batteries always die after about 15 minutes of use.

I have the Eureka "quick-up". I got it on sale for $25 a few years ago from Target and I LOVE it. It does hard floors and carpet and it converts to handheld too. Has a rechargeable battery.

I always found Shark to be really good. They have both cordless and with cords.
