please recommend your vacuum for hard wood floors
I can't seem to find one. We have all hard wood floors and every vacuum that I've bought doesn't work. All my vacuums are $150 or less. I am so frustrated at this point that money isn't an option anymore. I will spend money if it's worth it!
Please help!

Simplicity S20. Love it. On wood floors, a canister vac is best. An upright doesn't have the proper resistance - I thought my upright was doing a good job until I got the canister. Wow, total difference.

I just got a cheap vacuum for 19 bucks at walmart. It's a stick vac. It does the job.

I use the shark also. Does a good job. I sometimes pull out my mom's old electrolux and that can't be beat. I also use a swffer.
