Recommend your Mortgage Broker
First time homebuyers here and we are wondering if anyone had a good mortgage broker to recommend. We have heard that Chase can be pretty slow and sometimes difficult to work with.

We went through Bethpage Federal Credit Union twice and have been very happy. Their interest rates are some of the lowest on the island.

I shopped Wells Fargo, Capital One, Astoria, Chase, Continental Home Loans, TD and Melrose Credit Union

Justin Schiatta- we're able to negotiate a lot off. We were so much happier with him than with Wells Fargo (we used them for our first house and NEVER AGAIN!).
