Recommend your neutral color eye shadow
I like to cover the whole eyelid with a neutral color and then blend in other colors.
for those who wear a neutral eye shadow, please rec the brand & color.
not sure if this helps but I have very fair skin.

Another less $$ option that I use is Revlon's 12 hour shadow in In the Buff.
I've been using this as a base for years now.

Another drug store option- Wet & Wild Mega Eyes in Nude.
I like it because it doesn't have any sparkle at all, which can be hard to find.

I've used this and loved it.
I use Stila Kitten now. It's shimmery whereas the Rice Paper is matte.

oh ok....Bare Skin is an eye shadow with a tint of shimmer that I love to use for a neutral look.
I use the summer bisque and medium beige powder on my face, then warmth, lovely blush, and clear radiance.
That is what the girls used on me, so I bought that and have been using it since.
