Recommend your Pediatrician- Eastern Nassau (cross posted)
I'm due in 2 weeks and been procrastinating in the finding a pediatrician department. Anyways I thought I was going to go with Pediatric Health Associates in Plainview but they will not accommodate me for an appointment since they are all booked up. I at least wanna walk around the place and get the feel for it. It would be nice to talk to the Dr before hand.
I have GHI and will be delivering at North Shore Manhasset.
Please recommend your pediatrician in Plainview, Bethpage, Old Bethpage, Syosset or Hicksville who is associated with North Shore Manhasset. We are looking for something that has more than one dr and is accommodating for working parents.
Thanks so much!

My kids see the doctors at Pediatric Health Associates. They are wonderful and are so accommodating. What is it they can't accommodate for you? A tour of the office? You can always just walk in and see the practice for yourself. Speaking to a doctor ahead of time is nice but not a necessity. To be honest, I went with recommendations myself. I never spoke to a doctor directly beforehand. My daughter sees Dr. Reid who I love and my son sees Dr. Samuels who I also love. They have Sunday hours which is great. I have called them 10 minutes before closing on Sunday and Dr. Samuels has come on the phone himself to tell me to come in, he'll be in the office late anyway, don't worry about the time. I have lived elsewhere and have experienced other pediatricians and I can tell you they aren't all as nice as the ones at PHA. They are also respectful if you want to space out vaccines, which I do. Anyway, if you have any specific questions about them, feel free to FM!

I wholeheartedly agree with JoanneandJustin. Great group. I like all the doctors but Dr. R is my favorite too.
