I don't have a specific reccomendation, but I know that police / fire who inspect car seats reccomend the kind that cling onto the window.
We don't use one now, but I've had two that suction cupped onto the window and pulled down....as soon as DD could reach them, she pulled them onto herself and started "playing" with them....
So, I'd have to say if there is something out there that clings to the window, I'd probably opt for that.
