Recommend your video monitor
I've wanted one for awhile and this morning after waking DD when I heard something odd on the monitor & went in to check, I decided I'm getting one. I know they're pricey so I want a good one. Which one do you have? Tell me about the ones you don't like too.

I have this one as well. I think its just OK.
The fact its portable is worth the money in My opinion.
Mine is "suppossed" to be color but its pretty black and white...which who cares, as long as I can see DS on it.
The volume is great.
It seems to die out quick, we have to keep it plugged in a lot.
Over all though, I would reccomend it.

We have the larger Summer monitor. I keep it by my bedside and we love it. I don't use it for sound though; it has a humming to the sound. I have another monitor that we use for sound and we just check the video monitor as needed.

I'm not sure if this is the same one everyone else is talking about, but we have the Day and Night Handheld Color Video Monitor by: Summer Infant
we really love it, its suppose to be color but its black & white, its nice because you can check on DD with out going into their room and possibly waking them up. Highly reccomend it

same here. Totally recommend it!
They actually ARE color if there is enough lighting in the room, but that doesn't seem to make sense since most babies sleep in the dark
When DD puts her lullaby machine on and stands in front of it, her face is actually in color from the light on the toy. It's funny!
